1. Booking Requirements

Passenger Information

All bookings must include accurate and complete passenger information:

  • Full Legal Name: Must match government-issued ID exactly
  • Date of Birth: Required for age verification and pricing
  • Contact Information: Valid email and phone number
  • Emergency Contact: Optional but recommended

Travel Documentation

  • Domestic Flights: Valid government-issued photo ID required
  • International Flights: Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
  • Visa Requirements: Passenger responsibility to verify requirements
  • Minor Travel: Consent letter required for unaccompanied minors
Important: Incorrect passenger information may result in denied boarding. Name corrections may incur fees up to $200 per passenger.
